Friends of Children’s Hospital brought mascots and cheerleaders to the state’s only children’s hospital for a tailgate party with Jackson State University, Ole Miss, Mississippi State University and the University of Southern Mississippi Tuesday, and then members of the Jackson State University basketball team visited patients on Friday.
