Intellectual Property and Commercialization Forms and Policies
Forms and resources
Record of Invention Form	Email the IPCO for the form. The form is required to be completed and sent to Tech Transfer. The form must be signed by all inventor(s)/authors and applicable department chairs.
Patent and Invention Policy	Outlines all of the policies pertaining to patents and inventions developed while employed at UMMC can be found on UMMC’s Policy Tech.
