The new adolescent psychiatric unit designed to serve teens ages 13-17 offers individual therapy, goal-oriented group therapy, recreational group therapy, mindfulness activities, yoga, social skills training and access to a hospital-based accredited school to support continued education during treatment at the children's hospital.

From the festive Petite Parade at Children’s of Mississippi to City Sweep leading into the Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade, supporters showed up in full force collecting beads, raising funds and spreading cheer all to benefit the state’s only children’s hospital.

UMMC Cancer Center and Research Institute announces public phase of $125M campaign

A vision years in the making is moving closer to reality. UMMC has reached $100 million toward its $125 million goal to build a new Cancer Center and Research Institute, a milestone made possible by generous early supporters such as the Gertrude C. Ford Foundation, which announced a $10 million gift at a news conference today.
