New Complete Periodontal Report

To all Students and Faculty:

Reports that display periodontal documentation have been enhanced to show the entire periodontal chart, including probe depths, clinical attachment level, and gingival margin, in a single view. Documentation collected during a patient encounter can be viewed in reports located in:

• Chart Review through the Encounter Summary Report
• Reports located in the Snapshot on the Multiple Provider Schedule
• The Sidebar within an encounter
