On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, UMMC went live with wave two of our Workday Student implementation. What does this mean for UMMC? - With Curriculum Management, Academic Deans and Designees are now able to designate instructor eligibility and create and edit course sections.
- Financial Aid staff can quickly manage verifications, awards, and scholarships using the Financial Aid dashboard.
- Students are able to update their personal information - including their emergency contact.
These are just a few of the newest advantages Workday brings! Stay tuned for more as we transition into implementation of wave three which includes Academic Records/Registration and Academic Advising.

Some reports have been developed to help schools manage their admission processes and get post-admission data relevant to reporting needs. - The former applicant count report has been renamed "UMC RPT ST Applicant Count" in Workday. The report will allow you to track applicants as they move through the application cycle from applicant to admitted student and matriculate to the institution.
- The UMC RPT ST Post Admissions Report returns a list of admitted students along with the decision reason (admit full or admit conditional), contact information, international student status, and MS residency status to help identify applicants who may need to receive follow individualized communications.
- The UMC RPT ST Applicant Stats Report returns a variety of information that can be used for post-admission cycle statistics including demographic data and application metrics (GPAs and test scores).
