Workday is now the home for all information about UMMC committees. Any UMMC employee can click the icon, run a committee report, and print a committee book. 

In March of 2018, the Committee on Institutional Committee Management was formed. This committee oversees the development of committees and maintains the committee Intranet site - UMMC Committees.

DIS has moved all committee forms from our Intranet site to Workday. All committee processes are now managed in Workday, including establishing new committees, updating committees, disbanding committees, and expressing interest in serving as a member of committees. Committee chairs can update committees at any time throughout the year; it is encouraged to submit updates at least twice per calendar year to maintain accurate records.

Follow this job aid to validate the Asset Identifier (UMMC assigned number), Issued Date, and Serial Number for each of your assets. You can also click the Asset ID hyperlink for more details about a specific asset.
