What is Happy Together? 

Happy Together is a design philosophy that overlays an individual patient record from multiple organizations into one view. This will allow clinicians to get a complete picture of the patient's health. 

How does it work? 

Patients can use their portal to select from a list of Happy Together participants. The EHR data from the selected organizations are pulled together into one view. Patient data can then be viewed throughout the patient record and is indicated by the Care Everywhere icon. 

What data is included? 

Clinicians can view patient encounters, allergies, medications, problems, lab results, images, and more all in one place.
