Hester Davis Fall Scale Education and Care Plan BPAAn education title has been added to Epic for Hester Davis Fall Education. Additionally, effective May 17, 2021, a BPA has been put in place to fire after the initial Hester Davis Fall assessment is completed. Adult Trach Educator ConsultStarting May 17, 2021, a tracheostomy screening question is on the admission navigator. Omnicell Places MAR Due Times on PRN Medications and Continuous FluidsEffective May 17, 2021, a due time is placed on the MAR when a PRN medication or continuous fluid is pulled from the Omnicell storage unit. Continuous Infusions (i.e. Dopamine) will have an automatic due time previously added to the MAR. On the MAR, return doses should be documented with an action of "Return to Cabinet." The due time will then turn gray and will have a note of "Returned." Splint CareEffective May 26, 2021, OT/PT therapist will place a nursing communication order for splint monitoring. Once the order is acknowledged, the splint care task will appear on the Brain.
