New Break-the-Glass Reason

A new reason - "Public Health Inquiry" - will be added to the Break-the-Glass reason selections. Select this reason for the review of records related to the reporting of a disease or injury, reporting vital events, such as births or deaths, and conducting public health surveillance, investigations, or interventions.
