Check out some of the latest updates going live in Workday with the first release of 2022 - 2022R1.

The upgrade begins at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 12 and is expected to last no longer than 4 hours, ending at or before 5 a.m. CST. During this time Workday will be unavailable via browser and the Workday mobile app.

We make it easier for you to complete tasks in Workday. When you edit a field on a task, Workday now displays a pop up where you can make your edits instead of navigating you to a separate task. When you complete the edit and dismiss the pop ups, we navigate you to the relevant task immediately.

With Workday 2022R1, we introduce a consistent user experience for all primary and secondary buttons.

Now on tables with table-viewing options enabled, you can highlight rows by selecting them. This enhancement provides you with greater visibility as you navigate your data. We update read-only tables in Workday to display these viewing options automatically:

Now when you view read-only tables with expanded columns, we automatically resize the columns based on the content they display. This enhancement helps minimize horizontal scrolling and improves the user experience.
