Effective September30, 2021, Telemetry Waveform strips will be sent directly to Epic and will no longer be printed. The order, viewing of the resulting strips are found in Chart Review on the EKG tab. See the screenshot below and utilize the tip sheet found on the Epic Resource Center to familiarize yourself with the Telemetry Waveform location changes and how to filter the EKG tab to show only Telemetry Waveform orders/strips.
