With this release, Workday continues to enhance My Tasks, a redesigned Inbox that streamlines the user interface, by enhancing the My Tasks search capabilities. Workday delivered added functionality of "Saved Search" and "My Task Advanced Search". Some My Task labels have also been renamed to clearly distinguish them from Inbox labels. My Task Advanced Search - Search feature to My Tasks, enabling you to search for tasks using additional search parameters. In addition to searching task titles, you now can search by task type, task step, and date range, making it easier to find specific tasks. My Task Saved Search - Workday delivers the ability to save search on My Tasks so that you can automatically categorize tasks based on the search parameters. We also added a new Saved Search tab on the navigation panel, enabling you to easily access and manage your saved searches.
