New Workday Student Report: Not Registered Report

Attention Academic Deans and Dean Designees:

A new report has been developed: UMC RPT ST Not Registered Report. This report will help schools who have not registered for an upcoming term. This will be most useful shortly before and during the first week of classes to ensure all students register before the last day to do so. This report is available to Academic Deans and Academic Dean Designees.

The report will return the student's name, ID number, UMMC email address, program of study, class standing, program start date, program of study status, expected completion date, whether the student has had no active registrations and the end date for that period. In general, the Primary Program of Student Record Status will show InProgress for current students or Matriculated for newly admitted students if the report is pulled before the start of the term.

If you have further questions about the report, please contact Enrollment Management.

Mass Register Students Functionality

Attention Academic Deans and Dean Designees:

Academic Deans and Academic Dean Designees will now have access to administratively register students using the MassRegisterStudents functionality. This should be used only in cases where the enrollment access and grading policies prevent a student from registering themselves such as registering to retake a course that is not repeatable for credit when a passing grade has already been awarded. The function will honor any registration holds on a student's account.

In addition, this task allows Academic Deans/Designees to register more than one student for a course(s) at the same time provided no registration holds exist on the student record(s). To use this task, you are required to input the academic term for which a student should register as well as the course(s) in which student should be registered. We recommend using the students option to enter the student names needing registration. While student cohorts can be used, a thorough review of the students in the cohort should be conducted before selecting this option.
