On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, a permanent change was made in reporting of all fetal, transeophageal and transthoracic pediatric echocardiograms. 

Previously, finalized reports were located in Epic under the Cardiology tab. The reports are now found in Epic under the Imaging tab or Results Review, which is the same location as radiological studies (CXR, CT, MRI, etc.). Plans are for all historical reports to also migrate to same location shortly.
