LDAs allow clinicians to easily document the insertioin, removal, and assessment of lines, drains, airways, and wounds. We now have the ability to link certain orders to wound LDAs to track treatment progress if needed. 

Inpatient providers will have the ability to link the order inpatient consult to would care nurse to the appropriate wound LDA. 

If no would LDAs have been documented, the ability to associate will not be present.

Ambulatory providers will have the ability to link Doxycycline 100 mg tablets to the appropriate would LDA.
