Epic for Medications: "Reconcile Outside Info" Feature Turned Off

Due to a possible issue with reconciling external medication dispenses received from CareEverywhere, we have temporarilyturned off the "Reconcile Outside Info" feature in Epic for Medications.

Until we have a fix in place, clinicians should verbally ask the patient about any other medicines they may be taking, then manually add these medications.

When this issue is resolved, this feature will be turned back on.
