Students: Apply for Program Completion Task in Workday

Students: If you plan to complete your degree requirements by the end of the Fall 2021 semester and graduate in December 2021, please complete the "ApplyforProgramCompletion"Task available within Workday. The job aid for this task is available here.

Verify all information within the application carefully. Your name will be printed on your diploma exactly as it is displayed on the application. If any changes are required, including capitalization of letters within your name, punctuation, and suffixes such as Jr. III, etc. please submit name change request within Workday via the "ChangeMyLegalName" Task. The deadline to submit December 2021 graduation applications is August30, 2021. 

Reminder: All graduates must complete both the "Apply for Program Completion" Task and the accompanying questionnaire by the August 30, 2021 deadline. The graduation questionnaire is automatically sent to applicant's Workday Inbox upon completion of the "Apply for Program Completion" Task. Both steps must be completed before your application can be considered by the school for approval of completion.
