Use the ORR to Follow Up on Patient Charts

After you perform an unmerge or contact move, you have some follow-ups to complete to make sure each patient's chart is accurate. These follow-ups appear on the Overlay Resolution report (ORR). Complete the tasks on the ORR to resolve any remaining issues with a patient's chart.
