Put a PIN in It: Make Subsequent Rover Logins Easier

This change is recommended if your organization has Rover users who are frequently logged off their devices when they are busy with other work, and your Rover devices are managed. If your organization uses barcode scanning and a PIN for mobile login and your mobile users are satisfied with that method, you might not need to make this change, but you should consider it for efficiency and user happiness.
