Intermittent Epic Issue with Admission Orders

We currently are experiencing an intermittent Epic issue with admission orders. 

Some Admission Orders are showing up in the Transfer Navigator. These Admit to Inpatient orders should be marked "Continue". 

We are currently testing a fix that should be implemented on Thursday, March18, 2021.
