COVID-19 Discharge Instructions Are Now Available in Epic

COVID-19 Preventing Coronavirus and COVID-19 Self-Isolation - Preventing the spread of coronavirus is now an available option as discharge instructions. 

By the end of the week, this information will automatically be placed on all inpatient AVS.
