Hiring is Better with Workday

Recently, the HR Service Center tested and has implemented a Hire Business Process efficiency. For a number of years, hiring managers were required to receive all approvals to hire a new worker by noon on the Wednesday before their scheduled Monday start date. With our move to Workday, new hires may now be completed (all approvals obtained) by noon the Thursday before the desired Monday start date. The new employee orientation distribution list will continue each Thursday.
