Epic Help Desk Online

Now available to all - Epic Help Desk Online - previously named Clinical Help Desk Online. 

The Clinical Help Desk Online has been renamed to the Epic Help Desk Online and will now offer all users a way to reach support staff to assist with Epic issues. The chat option will be available under the Big Epic Button within the Help menu. Click the pushpin to save it at the top of the Epic menu. Once the chat window is launched, you will be able to see if an agent is available and how many users are waiting fo help. The Epic Help Desk feature will be available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Help Desk will continue to be available 24 hours a day by calling 601.984.1145.
