New PHI Ticket Link in Ivanti

Today's update is not about the Epic software, but rather something that helps DIS support Epic. If you submit a ticket to the Helpdesk with an example that contains PHI, this will apply to you.

PHI tickets can now be entered directly into our Ivanti ticketing system without the need for additional form. The new PHI ticket link will contain an additional section, Supporting Information, to record PHI and additional detailed documentation. Please provide as much information as possible to assist with troubleshooting your issue and an alternate phone where we can reach you for further discussion.
