New COVID-19 Infection Status Line - Available Monday, September 21

Statuses will appear by priority from top to bottom. Only one status will display at a time.

Statuses will include:

Positive
Suspected (Currently rule out COVID-19)
Problem List (Dx on problem list without UMMC Infection Status)
Has Labs (Asymptomatic Pending Labs)
Resolved (Dx on Problem List that has been resolved or Resolved Infection Status)
Exposure/Symptoms (Answer of yes to either screening question - includes amb/inp/ed)
If none of these conditions are met, the COVID status line will not appear in Storyboard
