New Health Maintenance Topics

Patients who are a part of the Diabetes registry will now be included in three new diabetes-related health maintenance topics:

• Microalbumin
• Creatinine
• Hemoglobin A1C

The default frequency for these topics is yearly and will be completed once the corresponding lab test is resulted.
