Epic Log-In Reminder

Please be aware of the importance of logging into the correct department for EPIC. Some users have the option to choose the department they are logging into when signing into EPIC.

The log-in department can affect multiple things such as productivity credit, revenue credit, documentation, and charges. Logging into an incorrect department causes downstream issues with charges posting, claims being delayed, and payments being delayed.

Please remember to check your department when signing into EPIC.
