SURGEONS: New Addition to Post-Op Admit and Post-Op Discharge Navigators

We have added a new section to the Post-Op Admit and Post-Op Discharge navigators.
This new section provides the surgeon a place to update the post-op diagnosis when it has changed from the pre-op diagnosis.
It will look like this:
The diagnosis will then pull automatically into the Op note, so the new section should be addressed (if necessary) before starting the Op Note:
