Upcoming "Transparent Lockdown" to Prepare for Epic Upgrade
Epic will undergo our scheduled Quarterly Upgrade on Tuesday, August 13. To prepare for the upgrade, we will enter a "transparent lockdown" period, which will allow us to update data behind the scenes while you continue to use the system. However, during this time, you will be unable to make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows.
The Transparent Lockdown will begin on Tuesday, August 6 at noon and will end once the upgrade begins on August 13.
Remember: This "lockdown" is temporary as changes happen behind the scenes. During this time, the following features will be unavailable:
- Applying filters in Chart Review
- Applying filters in workqueues
- Creating or editing SmartPhrases and SmartLinks
- Creating or editing dashboards
- Creating, Editing, and Sharing Notewriter Macros
- Creating or editing QuickActions
- Saving SlicerDicer Sessions
- Moving Activities to a Sidebar or Floating Window
