• When protective barrier is chosen in the "skin care" row, four additional rows will cascade into the flowsheet group:
  • Protective Barrier Position: sacrum, left heel, right heel, left elbow, right elbow, other (comment)
  • Protective Barrier Placed: Yes/No
  • Protective Barrier Intact: Yes/No
  • Protective Barrier Change Due: (choose date)
