Inbasket Update for Resident Notes/ChartsWith the recent upgrade, an unintended change caused some resident charts to send 2 Inbasket messages for the attending to cosign. We have corrected the issue and resident documentation should function as normal now for your areas. If you are scheduling to the resident directly, it will generate a Cosign Chart inbasket message where you can use the quick note button to document your attestation. If you schedule to the Attending and the resident closes the encounter, it will prompt them to enter a cosigner for the note. The attending can then use the attest button in their Cosign Note inbasket to document their attestation.
