Helpful In Basket Tips
The In Basket icons at the top of Hyperspace (
) indicate that you have unread messages. They include a colored background when you have high-priority messages (
).
Please note even when you have a 
icon at the top of your Hyperspace, it does not mean your In Basket is empty. It indicates you have no unread messages, but still have outstanding messages in your In Basket.
