Documenting Patient's Oral Risk

A new oral risk assessment will be available in the Screenings section of a patient encounter for documenting patients’ oral risk. Please refer to the screenshot below for location of the screening. Oral risk can be documented by answering the questions within the screening and indicating if the patient has an overall high, medium or low risk.
