Switch from Temporary ID Report to Patient MPI Audit Trail Report

Use the new MPI Audit Trail Report to view patients' temporary IDs instead of the Temporary ID Report. Use the ID Is Active On Patient and ID Is Temporary criteria to find temporary IDs.
