Your Voice Matters: Organizational Well-Being Survey
Oct. 6, 2025
TO: All UMMC Employees
FROM: Dr. Josie Bidwell, Director, Office of Well-being
SUBJECT: Your Voice Matters: Organizational Well-Being Survey
Well-being at UMMC is built on three pillars from the Stanford Model of Organizational Well-Being:
- Culture of Wellness – fairness, belonging and support
- Workplace Efficiency – systems and processes that help you do your best work
- Individual Factors – resources and balance for life inside and outside work
Your feedback in the Organizational Well-being Survey helps us strengthen all three. It only takes 10 minutes, but it shapes decisions that affect our daily work, learning and community life.
In past surveys, your feedback has driven meaningful changes, from expanded mental health resources like RISE, to workplace efficiency programs such as Yellow Belt Robust Process Improvement and new physical wellness initiatives like Walk With a Doc and Kitchen Rx. This year, we’re aiming to go even further.
To better understand the well-being needs of UMMC, the Office of Well-being has partnered with SullivanLuallin Group to conduct a survey.
Tomorrow, all employees will receive an email from surveys@sullivanluallingroup.com with the subject line “2025 Well-Being Survey.” The email will include a link to your personalized, anonymous survey. It takes only a few minutes to complete, and your responses are completely confidential. The survey will be open through Oct. 21.
After submitting the survey, you will also have the option to enter your email into a REDCap form to be included in a drawing for a $20 gift card. Your survey results will remain anonymous.
By completing the survey, you help us build a campus environment where well-being is a shared responsibility, where systems serve people, leaders lead with care, and everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
Thank you.
