Employee Evaluation Cycle Now Open

SUBJECT: Employee Evaluation Cycle Now Open
The 2022 faculty and staff performance evaluation cycle is now available to managers/supervisors in Halogen. The deadline to complete evaluations is Jan. 31, 2023.
Annual performance evaluations are essential to create a culture of dialogue and feedback between employee and manager. Every Medical Center employee is vital to the organization, and your contributions help drive success and ensure goals are reached.
Each person designated as a manager/supervisor who will conduct one or more evaluations has been assigned a short (10-minute) HealthStream course that will prepare them for this important task. The course is required to be completed by Oct. 21, 2022 by everyone who has it in their HealthStream “To Do” list.
Additionally, the Human Resources Performance Evaluation page on the Intranet provides additional helpful information about the annual evaluation process. If you have questions not addressed in the HealthStream course or on the Intranet, please contact your HR Business Partner, who will be happy to assist you.
