Update to Facilities Services Work Order System

SUBJECT:    Update to Facilities Services Work Order System

UMMC Facilities Services will begin a major update to TMS, the online portal for entering work orders.

As a result, the portal will be down Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9-10 a.m. During the outage, work orders should be called in to Facilities Services, at 4-1420.

After the upgrade, TMS will be part of UMMC’s single sign-on process and will no longer require a separate set of login credentials. The update also involves a new user interface, designed for faster navigation with a more intuitive layout for entering work orders.
