Go Red!
On February 2, John D. Bower School of Population Health students and faculty participated in #WearRedDay in support of Heart Month. Cardiovascular disease is the number 1 killer of women. In fact, nearly 45% of women over 20 are living with some form of cardiovascular disease. This is a good reminder to schedule a screening and to take care of your heart with diet and exercise.
