You’re invited: CCRI groundbreaking is Oct. 22

The University of Mississippi Medical Center and the UMMC Cancer Center and Research Institute will celebrate a significant milestone when ground is broken for the new home for CCRI care and research.  

The ceremony is set for 10 a.m. Oct. 22 at the green space beside the American Cancer Society Gertrude C. Ford Hope Lodge. The location is a short walk from the corner of State Street at the entrance of the Medical Center campus. Parking and shuttle service are available at Fondren Church, 3327 Old Canton Road.
