Dr. Anson Thaggard named CCRI Employee of the Month

The UMMC Cancer Center and Research Institute is proud to recognize Dr. Anson Thaggard, associate professor of radiology and CCRI member, as the Employee of the Month for his outstanding contributions to both clinical practice and education.

Survivor University expands to all Mississippians, offering free, online resources for cancer survivors

Survivor University was developed as an educational, entirely online program that provides valuable resources to improve the health and quality of life of individuals facing cancer. In a recent expansion, the grant-funded program is now open to all Mississippians, not just those treated at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
