As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Your dedication, compassion and tireless pursuit of excellence are the foundation of the work we do at this cancer center. Every day, you bring hope to patients and families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges — and for that, I am profoundly thankful. 

Whether you are at the bedside or at the bench, your contributions are making a difference. The breakthroughs in research, the thoughtful care plans, the quiet moments of support — they all matter. They are the reason we continue to push forward, to heal, and to discover. 

Thank you for your commitment, your resilience, and your humanity. I am honored to work alongside such an extraordinary group of individuals.
