Leadership Development Program

The UMMC-GWIMS Leadership Development Program is for faculty members at all ranks at UMMC. This program is designed to help faculty participants develop valuable leadership skills that will set them on the right trajectory to achieve their career goals and prepare them as suitable and capable candidates to assume leadership positions in academic medicine.

All participants are required to commit full participation in all aspects of the program, including Orientation, Seminars/Workshops, and Team Building events. Applicants are expected to discuss the time commitment with their Supervisor/Chair and obtain protected time to participate.

All GWIMS members are encouraged to nominate themselves and colleagues. CE credit will be offered for each workshop session.
