Education

The Center for Sialendoscopy and Salivary Gland Disorders serves as an educational resource for residents as well as medical students. Residents obtain experience in the techniques of sialendoscopy and other surgical and medical techniques while assisting the attending surgeons. All of the faculty members are actively involved in teaching both residents and medical students at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

The CSSGD also serves to educate the public about salivary disease and the most current therapies available for treatment.
