Main ContentMentoring Program for Women Faculty in the School of Medicine
The goals of the program are to:
- To assist women faculty in career development, promotion, and achievement of work-life balance;
- To provide opportunities for women faculty to learn new skills, network, and problem solve.
Women faculty will be paired with a faculty member outside of their department based on mentorship needs. Mentors may advise mentees about career development possibilities, help the mentee master specific skills, and/or link the mentee with others who may help with career advancement. Each mentor-mentee pairing will determine its own goals and meeting schedule.
