Requests for time-sensitive needs, such as medication refills or postoperative care visits, will be prioritized.

On Thursday, February 19, 2026, UMMC suffered a cyberattack. Our networks, including our website and phone systems, are currently out of service. 

UMMC has set up an automated phone line for calls from patients. Callers will be asked to provide a name, callback number, date of birth and reason for calling.

For prescription refill requests, please have on hand:

• medication name and dosage

• pharmacy name, address and telephone number

Messages will be routed to the appropriate person for a return phone call in as timely a manner as possible.  

Please do not call multiple times. Repeated calls will slow our ability to respond.

We apologize for this interruption of our services. Teams are working around the clock with federal and state agencies and experts in cybersecurity to restore full operations and help people as quickly as possible.
