In order to access the Perinatal COVID-19 Research Registry you must agree to the following terms and conditions.
Permitted Data Use. You are permitted to use the deidentified data from this tool only for conducting research in the public interest. You agree that you will not otherwise use or disclose the data to any third-party unless required by law. You agree to use appropriate safeguards to prevent any impermissible use or disclosure of the data.
No Identification of Individuals. You agree that you will not identify or attempt to identify or contact any specific individual whose information appears in the Perinatal COVID-19 Research Registry. You also agree that you will not combine the data from this registry with any other data that might allow the identification of specific individuals.
Derived Works and Publication. You agree to properly credit the Perinatal COVID-19 Research Registry in any publication, and provide the registry with a copy of any reports or other publications derived from the registry data, including for purposes of, but not limited to, any peer review, submission to any federal or state agency, demonstration, presentation of findings, synopsis of research, or publication. The registry may be cited as: (CITATION)

The development of this registry is entirely supported by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award U18FD007490 totaling 2,000,000.00 with 100 percent funded by FDA/HHS.
