The Office of Patient Experience (OPE) serves to support patients, families, and customers by helping them navigate a complicated, sometimes confusing, hospital system. OPE also provides an opportunity to voice compliments and concerns about your care as a patient at UMMC. Some examples of concerns worth reporting to OPE include issues with access to Specialty Pharmacy program services, billing concerns, issues with your medication shipment, concerns regarding the care or lack of care you received as a program patient, or experiences where you felt your property was not respected.
