About MCRTC

The Mississippi Clinical Research and Trials Center is dedicated to moving promising research quickly to the clinic for the benefit of patients and communities in Mississippi.

Our focus is on the major health issues that affect underserved populations in Mississippi with the goal to improve rural health outcomes and eliminate barriers to health in our region.

As part of the Delta Clinical and Translational Science Consortium with the Tennessee Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and the Tulane University Translational Science Institute, MCRTC works together with regional leaders to improve health outcomes and how clinical and translational science and training is conducted.
