- Dr. Alex Mills, Co-Director for the center, was featured on a podcast episode for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), entitled:

- Dr. Banks and Dr. McAfee were featured on an episode of the podcast
Southern Remedy Relatively Speaking
entitled
"National Pride Month; LGBTQ."
They were able to answer meaningful questions about the struggles of the LGBTQ+ community and talk about the impact of the TEAM clinic.

- Dr. Alex Mills was highlighted in his development of the "LGBTQ+ Health" section of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) latest
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Professional Certificate
. This paid CE program contains up to 18 hours of DEI education: three of which pertain to the LGBTQ+ health.

Dr. Rodgers explains how the clinic is a safe place for LGBTQ+ patients to get the care they need.
December 2019
- Dr. Santos wrote an article in the American Academy of HIV Medicine's official magazine, the HIV Specialist, entitled
"Integration of Adolescent Healthcare Services in Rural and Resource-Limited Communities"
Starting on page 18, Dr. Santos discusses the increase in HIV infections among adolescents and stresses the importance of implementing effective interventions in resource-limited areas. He highlights the TEAM clinic to show the success of one-stop shop clinics and their potential to help end the HIV epidemic.
April 2017
- Dr. Rodgers wrote an article for the 26th volume of the
Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinics of North America.
This article is titled
"Transitional Age Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Youth: Issues of Diversity, Integrated Identities, and Mental Health"
and describes how LGBTQ youth and young adults have a greater risk of developing health and mental health issues through their environment.
