Family Support

To support stroke patients and their families, UMMC helps lead the Jackson city-wide stroke support group. Open to all stroke patients and their family members, regardless of where they were treated, the group meets monthly at Methodist Rehabilitation Center.

Stroke centers throughout the city work together to provide ongoing education. Additionally, stroke survivors and their families learn from one another and enjoy a sense of community.
